Senior Software Developer

Job Description

• Involvement in requirements analysis in coordination with business analyst and software architect
• Working with software architect to refine and elaborate software design.
• Working with software architect in identifying design patterns and coordinating with team members to maximize code re usability.
• Writing code and ensuring adherence to development standards, processes and best practices within the team.
• May be assigned as a Team Lead on specified projects
• Act as mentor to junior software engineers.
• Facilitate in establishment of best practices related to software engineering.
• Facilitate in process definition and process improvement.
• Conducting research on tools, technologies, domains and solutions relevant to the assigned product(s) and/or project(s).

Skills Required

• At least Bachelors in computer sciences
• 2+ years experience in software engineering, including analysis and design
• Expertise in .NET, especially in ASP.NET and SQL Server and related technologies
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands on experience with APIs and frameworks
• Ability to think in objects and patterns
• Strong problem solving abilities and out of the box thinking

Business Analyst

Job Description

• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
• Create change control, sign off, user specs sign offs documents.
• Create project plans for all our work, our dependencies and keep them up to date.
• Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as Project Managers, Senior Developers etc to ensure smooth development of required system.
• Create deliverables documents according to the Software Development Lifecycle such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation.
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. – Create training materials; Deliver training and communications.
• Create project management standards and concepts document; prepare work estimates and work schedules.
• Identify opportunities to leverage document management tools and processes to improve business processes. Participate in business re-engineering efforts related to the use of document management solutions.
